The bed was horrible, you could feel every coil. The room was tiny. The room had a bad odor. The TV was a 14" and they advertised flat panel TV's in the rooms.

Location near tube stop.
No free wifi in lobby; had to use room key for elevator.

This 4* Holiday Inn was not as comfortable and welcoming as the 2* Holiday Inn Express at Logan Airport we stayed at the night before our flight to London. The hotel is huge and has only 5 elevators. Large groups of touring students lining up made using the elevators impossible. There was no free wifi in the lobby. ...read more

Very near Gloucester Road underground stop.
Cramped room, weak wireless signals.

The Holiday Inn Kensington Forum is a business hotel a short way from the Gloucester Road Underground station and a somewhat longer walk to the Victoria & Albert and Natural History museums. Rooms are modern, but somewhat cramped and the building doesn't have a lot of character. It's a modern business hotel. The buffet breakfast is excellent, but costs 12 pounds per person. ...read more

Location and the fact that the rooms had really comfortable beds, pillows and bed linens.

Recommended for families, business travel and for tourists who are looking for a clean, comfortable, safe place to stay. The bed was the most comfortable of all the places we stayed in England (even much pricier hotels and b&b's). ...read more

Concierge, location somewhat.
It is in no way a 4 star, which is what
I bought.

Needs uplift of corridors and elevator landings, not in the best of shapes in general.

Nothing.
Room, shower, service, WiFi pricing.

We had a fairly horrible experience at this hotel. This is not a 4 star hotel by any standards - especially UK standards. We left after the first night and re-booked elsewhere.

Excellent location, close to subway & casual restaurants.

Modern hotel teeming with flight crews and tour groups. Clean, compact room reminiscent of a cruise ship cabin.

Great location, and right around the corner from train station served by 3 different lines.
Very much a no frills hotel, no pool, no free Internet, tiny and boring rooms.

Would only recommend staying if you get a super low rate.

The location was good and the room we had was very quiet.
The room was quite small and they charged a fee for Internet use.

A good location for a leisure traveler but the high Internet use fee is not conducive to business travel.
